Combodart capsules contain 0.5 mg of dutasteride and 0.4 mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride as active ingredients. the excipients include methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1) dispersion, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, triethyl citrate, calcium stearate, gelatin, yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and shellac.

Common side effects may include dizziness, reduced libido, and erectile dysfunction. Serious side effects could include priapism (prolonged painful erection), allergic reactions like rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing. If you experience any of these serious side effects, seek immediate medical attention.
