For most adults, the usual dosage of Detrusitol is 2mg twice a day, with a maximum daily dose of 4mg. Your doctor may adjust the dosage based on your response to the medication. Detrusitol should be taken with water and can be taken with or without food. It is important not to exceed the recommended dosage.
