Dymista

Each spray of Dymista contains 137 mcg of azelastine hydrochloride and 50 mcg of fluticasone propionate. The excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, dextrose, benzalkonium chloride, polysorbate 80, purified water, and citric acid.

Common side effects of Dymista may include nosebleeds, headache, unpleasant taste or smell, and nasal discomfort. Serious side effects that require immediate medical attention include severe nosebleeds, persistent nasal ulceration, vision changes, and signs of a severe allergic reaction like rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.

Do not use Dymista if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Avoid Dymista if you have untreated fungal, bacterial, or viral infections. Inform your doctor if you have eye problems, glaucoma, or recent nose surgery. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using Dymista. Talk to your healthcare provider before using Dymista if you have tuberculosis, herpes infection of the eye, or other medical conditions. If you are taking corticosteroids or other medications, discuss with your doctor before using Dymista.
