You should take one Logynon pill every day for 21 days, followed by a 7-day break where you don't take any pills. Start each new pack on the eighth day, even if you are still bleeding. Remember to take the pills at the same time each day to maintain effectiveness. If you miss a pill, follow the instructions in the package leaflet. Each Logynon pill contains 30 micrograms of ethinylestradiol and 150 micrograms of levonorgestrel as active ingredients. The excipients include lactose, maize starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, macrogol, calcium carbonate, glycerol, montan glycol wax, titanium dioxide (E171), yellow iron oxide (E172), red iron oxide (E172), and black iron oxide (E172).

Common side effects of Logynon may include nausea, breast tenderness, weight changes, and mood swings. Serious side effects that require immediate medical attention include chest pain, shortness of breath, severe headaches, blurred vision, and signs of a blood clot such as swelling or pain in the leg.

Do not use Logynon if you have a history of blood clots, certain types of cancer, liver disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. This product is not suitable for pregnant women or those who smoke and are over 35 years old.
