This medication is suitable for adults and children over two years old who have asthma or allergic rhinitis.

Dosage and usage

For asthma, the usual dose of Montelukast for adults and children aged 15 and over is 10 mg once a day in the evening. For children aged 6 to 14 years old, the dose is 5 mg once a day. If you have allergic rhinitis, the recommended dose for adults and children over 15 years old is also 10 mg once daily. The effects of Montelukast can last up to 24 hours.
