Each Zyloric tablet contains 100 milligrams of allopurinol as the active ingredient. The tablet also includes excipients such as lactose, magnesium stearate, maize starch, and povidone.

Common side effects of Zyloric may include skin rash, diarrhoea, and drowsiness. Serious side effects that require immediate medical attention include severe allergic reactions, liver problems, and changes in the blood cells. If you experience symptoms like difficulty breathing, chest pain, or swelling of the face, seek medical help right away.

Do not take Zyloric if you are allergic to allopurinol or any other ingredients in the medication. Inform your doctor about any medical conditions you have, especially if you have kidney or liver disease.
