Have you contracted an STI?

STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections) are infections that can be transmitted through unprotected sexual contact. Common examples include chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes, and HIV. You may not always experience symptoms, but seeking treatment is crucial. Left untreated, STIs can have serious long-term effects on your health and that of your partner.

Have you been tested yet?

It’s not uncommon to have no symptoms even if you are infected. This is why it’s essential to get tested if you’ve had unprotected sex, particularly with a new or multiple partners, and to begin treatment without delay. Keep in mind the incubation period – the time between contracting the infection and when it can be detected by a test. It may take several weeks before an STI becomes ‘visible’ in a test.

Doctoronline offers support with a range of treatment options. No waiting times, just clarity.
