Dosage and usage
You should take Jentadueto exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. The typical starting dose is one tablet once daily with a meal to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal side effects. Your doctor may adjust your dosage based on your individual response. The maximum recommended dose is 2.5 mg linagliptin/1000 mg metformin twice daily. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.
